What Chartdown is
Chartdown is a free, browser-based project management tool. It stores your data locally in your browser or optionally in your own Google Drive. There is no server, no subscription, and no account.
Your data
You own all project data you create with Chartdown. We make no claim to it. Because data is stored only on your device or in your own Google Drive, you are solely responsible for backing it up.
No warranty
Chartdown is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data integrity, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use it for personal or professional project management at your own risk. Always keep backups of important project files.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chartdown and its operators shall not be liable for any loss of data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use Chartdown to store or process unlawful content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in ways that harm other users or the infrastructure.
Third-party services
The optional Google Drive integration is subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with Google.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
